Used the tool to download and install, all good. I've used to create the XML file needed, stated Microsoft Project 2016 Standard - Volume Licensing, set it to a MAK key and input the key, set auto activation. We're currently using O365, so I'm having to use the Microsoft Deployment Tool to install a standalone version of Project, I've done this previously for Visio and has worked fine. We've been using them for 2010 and we're looking to move everyone onto 2016. I've got a bunch of Project licenses through Microsoft Volume Licensing, some 2016 and some 2019 both with downgrade rights to 2010.
